Aviawest Group of Companies

• The Aviawest Group of Companies has conducted business since 1986 in the development and operation of resort properties with varying vacation ownership products including whole and fractional resort real estate and resort amenities such as spa and restaurants. From time to time the members of the Business Group make special offers to those who have given us permission to contact them. We collect personal information in order to determine which of our special offers may be of interest to given people, and to have a means to communicate with them where we deem it appropriate.

• We do not sell your personal information or provide it to third parties external to the Aviawest Business Group.

• Our privacy policy is based on respect for your privacy, and we appreciate that you have provided us with your personal information and consent to us using it to contact you. We will protect your information to the full extent of the law, and will not give, lend or rent your personal information to others outside our Business Group.
